Porcupine Tree--Great band!!

Wow, these guys are killer!!!!

Check out any of their stuff however you may.

I found a video of their drummer soloing on David Letterman and then dug a bit deeper.

It seems they have been around a while but haven't had much play here in the US.

IMO one of the best bands out there. In the same category and at the same level as Pink Floyd or King Crimson or Yes or Tool. I've seen them live about a dozen times and they are always outstanding. Also had a chance to sit down and chat with one of the band members for about 45 minutes once, really cool guys. They literally renewed my interest in music when I thought that no new music was worth listening to. Through them I discovered other amazing new bands that no one has heard of. Good stuff.

They are good. I've been listening to them for a number of years now.

Man, I've overloaded on these guys the last 24 hours.

The Pink Floyd comparisons make sense now that I've heard more tunes......

I don't care for Pink Floyd so it's kind of strange that I was drawn to PT. Oh well.

Check out some of the drummer's YouTube videos Art. I think that's what drew me in to the band. As I first posted, I saw him in a clip from David Letterman when the show had drum solo week.
