What does this mean-Pinged while posting photo

Noticed this message while uploading a photo on the Pelican BBS.

Already pinged:
And it has a list of webites, sime Russian.

Do I need to be concerned?

Nevermind... Looks like Trackback is installed.

For various web applications (forums, blogs, news sites, etc.) there can be "track-back" links to associate content across the web.

Whether or not it's supposed to be there... :confused:
