Excellent Customer Service...Harbor Freight

One of my most used tools in the spring/summer is the Bauer battery powered gal sprayer. I needed to replace the extendable brass wand and the trigger handle. The manual has the diagram and the two part numbers.

The customer service takes orders from 5am to midnight 7 days a week.(Pacific time)
I called this morning at 10am and the friendly lady took my order and said it will be shipped out tomorrow am. I received an email and the parts were $18.39 which included tax.....and shipping was free.

Both problem parts were my fault....didn't clean it out good over winter and trigger sticks and the wand nozzle had o-rings that I lost.

Great customer service and the free shipping surprised me.
I've ordered parts many times from others and the shipping is normally more than the parts. (Sears)
