I'm speechless.

UconnTim97 05-19-2012 03:18 AM

At a loss for words.

Mericet 05-19-2012 03:20 AM

I am sure he thought it was funny until he could not get that door open. Hope the kid was OK.

widgeon13 05-19-2012 03:23 AM

What do you bet it will result in a lawsuit?

"there shoulda been a weight sensor to prevent jokes from becoming an incident...it is completely reasonable to assume a parent could put a child in there thinking the door would open back up...we want a gazillion dollars please."

dhoward 05-19-2012 05:31 AM

Not to worry.
They'll make more.

The problem with the weight sensor is that a full load of WET laundry in what is probably an oversized machine probably weighs a lot more than most 2 year olds.

Unfortunatly, yes they will.

speeder 05-19-2012 11:42 AM

Having read the thread, I don't have to watch the video. I thank you all for that.

Guy needs a beat-down bad

Nah. If he thought it was funny when the kid was on the tumble cycle, then he needs a beat down. He did seem distressed when he realized what was going on. He's just not that bright or familiar with laundromat dryers. I think he got the crap scared out of him.

stomachmonkey 05-19-2012 02:29 PM

I don't think the result was his intent.

Stupid move for sure but won't judge his entire existence on it.

I think the mom likely beat the crap out of him so justice was served.

Looks like it could be an older brother.

I've never used a laundromat once in my life. Thus, this video makes no sense to me...you're telling me they auto-turn on when the door is closed and then impossible to open? Sounds crazy.

I've used them a couple of times. If you put the money in, that sets them to a ready mode, then when you close the door, they lock and start. It's been a long time, but I think that goes for the dryers and washers.

pavulon 05-19-2012 04:36 PM

I've had to use laundromats plenty. He was loaded into a washer (the dryers are on the right of the video). Washers lock (keeps morons from making a mess with water). Dryers can be opened any time. Hope he is ok but can see how that story won't go away in that family for a long time. Adventures are disasters that don't quite happen!!

That asshat booger eater is probably the reason for sensors on garage door openers......

redstrosekNic 05-19-2012 08:40 PM

This belongs in the "end of the human race" thread...

Unbelievable

chocolatelab 05-19-2012 10:18 PM

that mom kicked his ass!

mikeesik 05-20-2012 08:57 PM

When I see a huge multitude of people , I pretend that I have a humongous sized boot and I am 1000 feet tall-for some reason. Anyone know of a store such as 'RED WING" that can make a size 5,000 plus triple z, and have it moved toward the earth by -SPACE X - !
