Say what you will but it looks like the cop is going for a shot from the knee down, that is going to ruin that protesters whole week.
Maybe the cop is about to initiate a roll maneuver like a ninja turtle.

Question; I know these tards are wearing the bandito bandana to hide from cameras, but if one was to walk into a bodega or any other place of bidness with it on, it is not legal... so what about on the street?

IMO, once the "Vendetta mask" or any kind of face coverage happens, one is fair game for batonage, rubber bulletage, extreme firehoseage, etc. followed by arrest.... is that the case?

I guess this is a question for the LEO's here. NYPD LEO's even.

Baton strike..........

He's off balance, not close enough to the target. For every baton strike, there is a block and a take away. The way he is using his baton would protect his forearm, but would not deliver much of a blow. If he is going for a low strike, a good hop would cause it to miss, leaving the officer in a very bad position. I agree with one of the previous postings that this officer has spent way too much time behind a desk!

Bob Kontak 05-28-2012 07:11 PM

It's a vest
Baton will rotate back then forward within his hand
Dude about to get hit was running full speed and is putting on the brakes.
He is not going to hop over. He is going to get dropped.
Officer has done this before.

Any present or former LEO's here?

HnT, i think there is some truth to what you say. one should dress for success: if they are going to dress for that role, they should be willing to face the music.

Why's Randy posting his self pic in this thread?

motion 05-31-2012 10:23 AM

That guy is putting on the brakes hard and has an "Oh $heeet" look on his face. Out of range. Will live for another protest.

Some people grow up, others not so much.
