I just heard he died. Apparently suicide. I'm a little shocked. Great writer. Some of Fleetwood Macs best stuff.

I'm a huge fan, so sorry to hear this. Life must have gotten painful.

I used to listen to Bare Trees back in the '70s a lot. That album has a special place in my musical memory.

Since his passing has us thinking about the great Fleetwood Mac, here is Stevie Nicks doing Rhiannon live in '76. I saw them on this tour, at a small outdoor sports stadium called Parade Stadium in Minneapolis across from the Walker Art Center and the Guthrie Theatre. It was at night and there was an electrical storm w/o rain, just lightning flashing across the sky and some hot wind. She was wearing the same dress as in this video and it was blowing in the wind. I was with a girl that I was head over tits in love with, I was 16 or 17. Enjoy:

Stevie is an Arcadia, CA girl....A friend of long ago went to HS with her..in he year book she was sporting one of the Black Widow Bee Hive hairdos....

Hypnotized - one of my favourite 'Mac tunes. A shame he has passed. As speeder says: "Life must have gotten painful"

Heard this morning also. One wonders how life can be so painful later in life like that. Kinda scary.
