buying a house at auction - uk
Hey folks very off topic......
considering buying a flat or house at auction to rent or sell and move on. i'm well aware of the market which is diving rapidly here (hoping to take advantage of that) and have building contacts so that side doesnt worry me. more interested in the legal side and what to look out for problem wise. cheers
