Hey, that is my truck, except I have an extended cab, not a quad cab. I love this truck! I am nearly 2 hours away, though, so no help here. Good luck, you will love this truck, as long as you don't mind paying for gas

I'd prefer a extracab vs crew but need the 8' box.

We have a 3500 2007 with the 6.0 and yeah, she drinks it pretty good but has good power. Diesels cost so much more to buy/maintain and with no huge fuel savings.

They want a pretty penny for the truck but is says it has only 40k miles, 1 owner.

Wha? They offered the 8ft box in both Extended Cab and Crew Cab versions

Be careful, the 2007's 6.0L is different, and they also had the 6 speed auto which changed things drastically.

The 'old' style (pictured) had a 4 speed with the 6.0L

Have you also considered the 8.1L with the Allison transmission? It may broaden your search.

When you say be careful Eric, what are you referring to ? IS there a problem with the newer 6.0?

My 2007 has the 4 spd Auto.
I need to have Red and here in Canada we see many short boxes and not so many long boxes.
