It would a great way to end a remarkable career. I guess that means I'm backing the Devils even though I'm a westcoast guy. Like a lot of others, I just want to see some good hockey but I fear it will be "play not to lose" defensive style hockey & be boring as hell. Besides, it is June, we should be outdoors & not parked in front our screens.

Kings have never won the Cup. Closest they came is when they lost to Montreal about 20-25 years ago. I still remember McSorley "losing" it for the Kings with his illegal stick.

Heck, forget McSorley, Robitaille, Duchesne, Hrudey, and the Gretz. Remember Charlie Simmer, Marcel Dionne, and Tiger Williams? Those were the Kings (in Forum Blue and Gold, no less) from my youth.

Those kid's went to Oaks Christian...they are/were a powerhouse football team. They recruit everywhere. They are despised in the local community.

Private school, affluent community, playing teams in the local HS environment.

55-0 isn't fun for the kids or the refs..... running up and down the field looking downfield for cheap ass shots and tossing morons out of the game.

I can't watch the series. I have watched 2 King games this post season...and they lost both of them.
