How 'bout dat DeltaWing?
Only 300 HP... down by at least 250 HP to any other car there... most Porsche GT3s make 550 HP, and the Delta Wing qualified faster than all of them and half the LMP2 field. Its handling has been well beyond expectations and extremely easy and relaxing to drive according to its test drivers. It is very easy on tires... it ran 31 test laps at Le Mans on tires they ran during a whole day of testing at Magny Cours. Barring debris-caused flats, it could conceivably run the 24 hours on as few as 3 sets of rears and 1 set of fronts. I'm watching the Toyota show about their hybrid now. Le Mans is cool because it is a no kidding proving ground for new technology that can trickle down into other forms of racing and production cars.

The Delta Wing is cool, I think it's great that new designs are being tried and doing well. But - it looks like something Ace & Gary would drive.

and when you just want to listen TuneIn Web Tuner That obscure site that Audi had live last year was awesome. Live in car feed was perfect and with various views, no b.s. commentary, no pop-ups or commercials. I'd like to see that again.

Shame to see the not wrecked toyota in the garage... I'm still an Audi fan, but I want to see the hybrids all do well, they need to do well....
At least Audi brought a hybrid, so barring a wreck one will do well... Watching the audi team work is cool. Thats a well oiled machine at Le Mans....
