I'm a long time Porsche owner and hobbyist... I'm tossing around finding a small shop space [no more than $600-800 total rent/mo to share with another Porsche owner. I know the mid year cars well [SCs through 993s] have decent auto body knowledge and **** loads of tools. I have found some good properties, some reasonably large to fit 3-6 cars...
