Good, Cheap USB 3.0 board ??

want to add USB 3.0 to my PC

I see boards ranging in price from $20 to $100 and Asus says their board is real special, yada yada

I have to wonder if the cheapo boards really provide the speed that 3.0 is capable of; and also wonder if the spendy ones are really worth it in real life

(right now, real life includes external HDD and connecting various digital cameras)



any thoughts?

What are you doing that maxes out 2.0?

Get a good one because the cheap. O-names usually have terrible drivers. Be sure the one you buy has drivers for the OS you're using. I try to buy Adaptec if I can...
