my coworker Raymond is a goat!! he eats it all. i watched him eat a mango, skin and all. same goes for watermelon rind..not the thick skinned ones, but a mini fruit all goes down. he says he does the same thing with an avocado..i called BS and have yet to test him. apple? no biggie for this guy.

Down in Hidalgo I ate avos that were thin skinned. They just mashed up the avos whole without scooping them out of the skins, and made fresh guac. Wasn't bad, but I'd just skin 'em if it was me. It was put in front of me though so I didn't btich.
