Your favorite actor ?

I had someone ask me this once and I didn't think I had one..I started thinking about some of my favorite movies and one name kept coming up..
Tom Hanks

Saving private Ryan, The Green Mile, Charlie Wilson's War, A League of Their Own, 'Catch Me If You Can and Forrest Gump are all movies I will watch whenever I catch them while surfing through channels...

Hanks does good work, but he is an unAmerican so and so that belongs in a different forum.

My favorite actors are Tommy Lee Jones and Sam Elliott.

Yes, I'm perfectly aware that Jones was the college roommate of manbearpig and spoke on his behalf at the short-bus convention, and Elliott is the demon-spawn incarnate.

But show me an actor who isn't screwed up in the head?

Markie mark has not made a bad movie
Kevin Bacon.... best parts are usually not leads
Tom Hanks...just Forest Grump alone makes my list
Clooney.... Michael Clayton and Ol bro were a couple of best movies ever made.

Old school:
William Powell - Just sophisticated cool thinman are great.
Fredric March- best years of our lives and inherit the wind

Of the living I'd put the Australian (Kiwi) heartthrob (Russell Crowe) up there too. See Gladiator and then A Beautiful Mind and tell me the guy doesn't have range. Morgan Freeman and Christopher Walken haven't been mentioned either- a room full of talent IMO.

Of the dead ones? Bogart. By far.

Giovanni Ribisi.

And he got married a couple of weeks ago to my favorite model Agyness Deyn. She is gorgeous.

I saw him in a cafe once with Sigorny Weaver. He is so funny and good natured.
