couple days ago i was thinking about trying to paint and was looking at starter sets on Bob Ross, then I kinda blew it off knowing I'd probably suck. Guess I just won't let anyone see them

I've been keeping my eyes open for a Bob Ross original at a reasonable price (<$3k) for awhile now. Sure, they're not exactly what one would call fine art. But where else would you have the opportunity to purchase a painting by an artist whose name everyone knows for that kind of money? I'd hang it in my office across from my Blue Man Group spin art. (and yes, I realize I have atrocious taste)

Problem is that most of his work I've seen has been snatched up by dealers who want $6k+. But there are rare opportunities to snag one from a 'civilian' for reasonable money.
