Monte Carlo analysis software, simulations, spreadsheets, etc..
Can someone recommend a decent easy-to-use Monte Carlo simulation tool. More specifically, something that is geared towards financial planning what-if kind of things? It doesn't have to be free. TIA

Is this about F1 or Gambling?

Well, that is weird. On my screen I just see ads for ...., nevermind.
It's for financial planning, so I guess the gambling one would work. I don't need any more 6 Sigma in my life :) |

Bob is joking about the real Monte Carlo |
The Fidelity Investments Retirement Income Planner is one of the best tools for non-professionals out there. If you take the time to fill the information out correctly and with realistic expectations, its results match those of the high priced CFPs. I have used both approaches and am very confident in the Fidelity tool's results.

The absolute best is this: Palisade Corporation: Maker of Risk & Decision Analysis Software using Monte Carlo Simulation
Risk analysis using Monte Carlo Simulation They have everything you need and they offer it as an Excel plug in as well. Very, very powerful software... Good luck! Quote:
