Anyone here ever do any cliff jumping?

Went boating, jet skiing, tubing, cliff jumping last weekend. Had a great time and it gave me an excellent opportunity for some great photo's. Figured out the heights when we got home that my son's jump was about 45 feet. The lower height was about 25 feet. I've jumped many times from a 10 meter platform which is 32 feet. These seemed much higher! We did plenty of research and the water depth below was over 40 feet. I did the 25 foot jump, but have had issues with earaches above 32 feet and didn't need that happening again. What's the highest youv'e jumped? Lots of fun.

Where is that? I've jumped off cliffs near Quebec City and in the Philippines, though I have no idea how high they were.

I've also jumped off a bar in Acapulco into a pool below. Must have been 3 or 4 stories up.

i've jumped off cliffs at lake powell well over 70 feet. totally stupid. i was 17, what can i say. i dove off of cliffs in the 35 foot range, again, totally stupid. somewhere, i have a photo and you can see how ridiculously high the cliff is compared to our bodies.

Did some 45' cliffs into some flooded stone quarries as a young man, but too old for that now. Did jump off a two story roof into a pool as well, but beer was involved in those jumps! Would never do that today, no matter how much beer I drink!

I admit I am too chicken to jump off cliffs:):):)

Of course if the jumping didn't get you, you could always get thrown off the tube.

Waimea Bay rock on the north shore of Oahu. Pretty cool spot, about 25' max to the water. The kids jumped but I chickened out. ps, not my photos

Jump!

I was the only kid too scared to jump and have been regreting it ever since.

I also did some platform diving when I was a yute, fun stuff. Here in Ct there is a quarry, well was. I'm sure in today's world you can't get near the place. Anyway the quarry was called Big Brooklyn because they harvested the granite for the Brooklyn Bridge from there. Jumped, (dove actually afraid to jump), off a cliff there. It had to have been roughly 40 feet or so.

I dove off the 10 meter platform at the Hallenbad in Garmisch Germany. Tried to get way out and started slowly flipping over. By the time I hit I was pretty much horizontal to the surface of the water.
Boy, do they have great acoustics in that place. I slapped so loud the whole place was staring at me as I surfaced. I gave a smile and wave even though my back was on FIRE! No more diving for me, thank you very much.

I've gone off cliffs up to 40-45 feet quite a bit. Won't hesitate to do it more. Loads of fun.
