Prebuilt templates always look great because they are designed to look great.

Many people get disappointed once their own graphics go in.

So while they can be a great jumping off point for someone without the skill set to build their own from scratch they will only end up as good as what is put into it.

Plenty of guys with a god skill set on the board. Some local to you so maybe some offline bartering of services would work out?
