Not me. No, no. I got hit by a ricochet white shooting steel plates. Half an ounce of lead hitting my forehead and I left like crying. But I couldn't, not with all the big boys laughing at me.

No....seems a bit hard to find the ingredients in my area...or cost prohibitive.

I'm quite certain I could do it, since I drank nothing but fresh squeezed juice for 90 days. So going Bulletproof would be a snap IMO.

Would REALLY like to try the butter and coffee though!!

Well, first off I do not drink coffee. For far too many years I was a medivac pilot and we simply did not have time to brew coffee before launching, so went without.

Second this is the most "pussyified" batch of coffee that I have heard of... from the above website:

"Start with 500 ml (2 mugs) of black coffee brewed with mold-free beans (important)

Add 2 Tbs (or more, I prefer 80 grams, about 2/3 of a standard stick of butter) of Kerry Gold or other UNSALTED grass-fed butter

Add 30 grams of MCT oil for max energy, weight loss and brain function (optional if you have none)

Blend with a pre-heated hand blender, Magic Bullet, or (best) counter top blender until there is a creamy head of foam"

Sorry but putting 2/3rds of a stick of butter in every batch of coffee just isnt going to happen on this end...

Actually it kind of makes sense to me in that more studies are coming out that butter from grass fed cows is actually very healthy fat (which takes longer to digest) and that mixed with the coffee would extend the digestion period making the coffee stimulant effects last longer. The MCT is just an added ingredient that has been found to have healthful benefits as well.

The guy admits he's not a doctor but this has worked for him from his "biohacking" experience. Interesting reading at the very least.

Wow, I bet it would be better if you threw a few egg yokes in & whizzed them up.
