I've been lifting very consistently for 6 years now. I do mostly old school basic weight training.
M=legs T=chest/bis Th=back Fri=shoulders/tris and when I'm really good cardio when I wake up 5 days a week. Was 200-205# wearing 34s no gut hanging over period. About 225-230# right now on my way back down think I'll be wearing 32s at 200-205#. I'll be 46 in a couple months. I highly recommend weight training. Diet is key though. Don't forget cardio either.
