A 1995 Breezer Jetstream moment
Okay, ladies and gents, we talked about the Klein for a bit;
I have an original Breezer Jetstream I built this from a frame in 1996, showered it with good parts, but rarely rode it. I would classify this bike as a survivor. Fast forward to this summer, I had it posted on Cragislist for a while but got only lukewarm interest. What does the collective think the value of this bike is? This photo was taken at the beginning of summer. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1345407933.jpg |
I like it. but I'm odd

Unless it's collectible 2-250. Dunno what components are on it or how many speeds are on the freewheel....friction or click shift?
My brother lives in Newport Beach and he picks up them cheap. Keeps them at the house for guests...driving in the summer sucks. |
Since we're on the subject......i'm looking for a beach cruiser type Frame/fork/bars......the curvy Schwinn type frame.....if you have one shot me a pm....prefer to trade for it....
Have a nice 26” Schwinn which is loaded with schimano components i'm going to use...... |
Quote:
• Deore XT F/R derailleurs, 8 speed. • Deore XT V-brakes/Dia-Compe Power-Control 7-EXA levers • SRAM Grip Shift • TNT Crank arms, 180mm; White Industries BB • NukeProof Atom Bomb carbon-fiber hubs / Mavic 217 (32) rims • Ringle seatpost (superlong!) Selle-Italia Flight Titanium saddle • Easton Hyperlite bars / Control-Stix barends • Some titanium bolts scattered around the bike just for fun |
Shocks are totally out of place on that bike IMHO. Probably not very valuable as not too many appreciate how awesome these bikes are. Here's mine, doing urban assault duty these days:
