I know a lot of us Pelicans have dogs, loveable as they are, they aren't always little angels. This site is good for some laughs.....

I have been without a dog for a year and a half(last dog black lab Sally). To borrow the TD advert. and this thread prompts me to continue my dog "holiday":)

This site should not turn you away from dogs rather than turn you towards crate training, a nice outside kennel and obedience training. Keeps the pooch safe and focused on YOU when they do get to spend time with you. Many of these behaviors are also directly related to lack of exercise, stimulation and letting the dog slip into the alpha spot.

I have an ocicat and a savannah. Nasty bast.rds. Good to the dog but they would never allow me to hang a shame sign on them.
