Well, the Atomic Buffalo Turds were a hit! With the bacon and chorizo it was the perfect pork marriage. Keeping the pork theme going, the schnitzel sandwich "sliders" were easy to make and couldn't take a picture fast enough before some were snatched from the plate!

![]() Tonight's app. Jalora peppers, stuffed with cream cheese, scallion, and roasted red pepper wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon, and grilled for approx. 10 min.

Craig, those look wonderful and I'm a veggie! Too late to suggest anything for this week's party, but chipped beef wrapped around anything from cream cheese to smoked salmon are good and easy/fast to make.
I'm sure PorscheGAL could deep fry them as well.
