Help repairing my well, I'm clueless

Just bought another house and I'm trying to get the we'll going.

From research I've determined it's referred to as a deep well packer jet system. I have located the problem but have no clue how to repair.

If you're unfamiliar with this type of well there is a pipe inside the pipe you see, the inner pipe is what feeds the house, the outer is pressurized by the pump...not as simple as just replacing the tee.

So far I've not even determined what this part is called and I've been google ing all morning. I've got calls in to a couple of well contractors but have a feeling they're just going to want to still a new well. The local plumbing place (pretty knowledgeable) said 'good luck' finding the part, they didn't even know what to call it.

My first thought is to find a stick welder and see what I can do...

Sorry for spelling errors and brief description. Doing this on my phone with dirty hands, and I'm feeling a little light headed after all of this digging.

Not an expert, but love solving new problems (habit of being an engineer)- I did some quick research and on page 4 of http://www.lancasterpump.com/documents/jetpumps2.pdf under paragraph "Attach suction pipe to well casing adapter" they repeatedly mention "(offset) well casing adapters" I found a variety of these casing adapter fittings just from google search, but they seem to each be proprietary to the particular pump. I can't quite read the text on the side of the case in your pics, but that might provide you further information?

But one piece of professional advice I can give you is replace the fitting- NO STICK WELDER! Or at least use a MIG

Duplex mfg. is the part maker but can't find any current offerings from them. Yes, casing adapter seems to be a somewhat correct name for the broken tee but I haven't been able to find for sale anything even close to what I have.

So when was this house built 60's, 70's? I wouldn't hesitate to believe that this Duplex company might be long out of business... could you get some closeup pics of any and all writing on the fitting?

I don't have any closeups of the tee, but here's one of the cap...

Ok, so my mobile browser won't allow me to upload a photo, bummer. I'll try again in a bit.
Cap says 'Duplex Mfg Superior WI' .
