Yes, they do a showcase, so we can see them perform(no lipsycing aloud) fringe with then into the wee hours of the morning, so we can get a good idea on how they act, and who are the A-holes, makes it much easier to sell someone when you have interacted with them. As to the MJ, what he lacks in looks he makes up with talent. A few car cars in the group as well. I'm gonna get dome Pix with the Pam Anderson in my 911:D
