A cool concept but although I love my 911, I don't love it that much. And it's a wee bit out of my price class.

I love cars but if I had big money I would buy a house on the beach... but whatever floats your boat.

I think this is a nice idea in NY or Singapore because of the lack of parking but personally I would want a bigger property so I can park more than 1 or 2 cars. Honestly, is 7 million for the Singapore place outrageous for the area? No. I don't think they even mention the price for the one in NY but I would think that it has quite a few comps in the area. There really is something for everyone in those cities.

Don't get me wrong, it is cool tech... and I like visiting big cities... but if I were doing a big city (San Francisco, Boston, Chicargo, NY) I have no problem using mass transit. Much rather have a barn in the country full of nice cars and surrounded by uncrowded roads.
RE: The beach house, nothing compares to falling asleep to the sound and smell of the ocean.
