Heading to DTW (Detroit)
Have a lot of driving to do to make it to my daughter's college for paremtsss' weekend in late October. Can anyone recommend am interesting car rental place. I-DO-NOT-WANT-TO RENT-ANOTHER-IMPALA kinda place?

Columbia does sound inviting any time of the year except summer.
The weather around here still has been pretty nice(~70-80's), though a little chilly at night(~50s). If you don't like Michigan weather, wait awhile. There are car rentals at the airport and nearby. Not sure what "interesting" means.....Is that small and independent? There might be exotic rentals. It's Deetwoite, so there should be. PM if you have extra time in the area. |
