Firefox and Youtube issues?

Anyone else having issues with Youtube on Firefox or IE? Seems to be starting to happen in Chrome, too. Related to more recent Flash "upgrades"
Well, it'a bout the worst darn dumbgrade I ever seen.
Lots of skipping, stuttering, distorted and out of sync audio, rendering a video unwatchable. Gets worse as you bump up the resolution. 1080 is complete junk.

Started happening to me about a month ago. Problem is being widely reported, and has been for quite some time. Adobe B.S'ing everyone and making them jump through hoops.
Have tried all the "fixes" and none work.

Happens on my Desktop, but not my laptop.. running XP on the Desk, 7 on the lap.

Anyone else?
