effing hill-billy mother-effer! Seems at first he admitted to doing it intentionally because of being passed on a double yellow, then came up with the "wasp sting" as back-pedal!

that old man better be in prison. he tried to kill that guy on that bike.
the motorcyclist pulled a risky illegal move, but that old man's move was deadly. not once did he ask if the biker was okay.

I am absolutely appalled at such complete utter dipstick riding especially when two up...
Ticket to the motorcyclist for reckless (likely to cause an accident and bodily harm to another - his passenger) and jail time for attempted murder to the azzhole in the car. Serious stupidity on display here. angela

while i agree with what Laneco is saying..As a motorcyclist, that move is not that dangerous on the grand scale of things.
you literally can "squirt" from space to space. this exact move was the beginning of me getting away from sports bikes. a car cut me off badly..so i RAGED and went around him. my GF was on the bike with me. i couldnt leave it alone so i gave him the finger. he instantly swerved his car into me. i only had one hand on the bars, and i hit the brakes hard..i almost went down hard. how i saved it, is beyond me. if my GF wasnt with me, i would be in prison or dead. she talked me down..after that, my Ninja 600R was different. it was sold shortly afterwards, and i stopped road raging forever. and i married her. that man touched my leg with his car. haha..i wanted to follow him home and knife him. but i'm too cute for prison. phew!! i'm over it..but this video..i side with the people on the bike.they had 99% of the danger on their side of the argument. that car guy could have killed them. i wish i knew what happened..i hope everyone is okay.

crossing a double line on a motorcycle? whatever.
trying to kill a couple of kids. intentionally. with an "i don't care" the car driver deserved a severe beating. the kids showed great restraint, imho. |

Get distracted in your car, cross a double yellow line, and get accused of murder because of some other dumbass's irresponsibility. If anyone should be in jail it should be the kid passing on a double yellow line.

Not that I do believe it, but what if the guy really did get stung by a wasp, and can prove it? That would change the game for me, and Id say the mc guy takes the fault, as he took the risk for an illegal manuver.
It really does look like that guy swerved on purpose though.
