He caught a hawk?
 
Just another day of weirdness in the big city. Idiot drunk abusing an animal. Its terrible, and I hope he gets a stint in jail.

Something a bit over looked in the article: He caught a hawk? Really? How the hell did THAT happen?

I've been in the woods my whole life. I have never, not once had a bird of prey come remotely close to me. They're wary of humans.
