It'll probably sell. Just not to me.

Can you imagine owning that car out of warranty? Way too complicated. No thanks...

it looks like an exceptionally fun car and great engineering - clever stuff what they did for torque fill with a small battery. But considering I was always a "well used 911" buyer and new 911s have completely stopped depreciating in 2019, it's totally moot for me and probably a lot of folks here... Game over.

Considering how far removed from the pool of new Porsche buyers I am, I would not care if they started putting butt plugs and rainbow gauges in them.

Ok those are some funny responses, and I 100% agree. I am not the target demographic at all and I prob have one of the newer 911’s here in OT with my 2010.

2010 is an awesome car. I almost pulled the trigger on one a few years ago and regret that I didn’t.

I think its great engineering, and a lot of effort for worldwide environmental compliance. No thanks for me though even if I could afford it.

My morbid curiosity wants to know how much a proprietary Porsche turbo/supercharger with integral 25hp motor generator will cost at a dealership. $15000?

I don't think these cars will be desirable and age well like 911s of prior eras, more like high end 7 series bmws, s class MB, and panameras. Too complex for 3rd and 4th owner apeal.

Seems that the basic, fun, sprited driving "sports car" is a thing of days gone by, like the car in the song by Rush, "Red Barchetta."

What are the choices other than a Miata?

Gr86/brz Low option/trim cayman is a pretty basic car as is the emira, though neither is cheap.

At the 2nd commercial in the first minute or so I shut it off. Annoying.
