The home was built circa 1938 and is the same stone inside and out with steel in the walls. Built 5 years after the '33 earthquake that devastated Long Beach CA, this was designed to withstand another.
Hand hewn beams in the living room and some nice woodwork in the den, which was built later. I didn't think there was that much light coming in as that is the north wall.
Just doing odds and ends, mostly repairs on the outside.
The garage has super potential being the same stone on the inside. Sadly, the owner is not tuned into garages.
