Some cool pix there Go Dawg. Those Blackbirds used to be stationed at Beale AFB in Marysville, Ca., and U-Tapao, Thailand. What a thrill to watch them take off....once they rotate they would just point the nose way up and spiral out of sight in a heart beat.

Those two cars are two of my favorites as well. I had heard, though, that the Dino was way under powered... sad if true...

Los Angeles Live Steamers Association...Next to Travel Town in Griffith Park, Ca.

They have meets once a month...Great locomotives and rolling stock...Great for the kids too!

The Philco sadly no... but it is pretty enough to keep just as a piece of art. The large radio works when I plug it in, but I can't figure out how to turn it off so I have to pull the plug to shut it down and I need to make a belt of some kind to get the tuner to work.
