OJ getting out, selling the knife?
 

Slow news day? Judge in NV is thinking of giving him a new trial....may get out on bail. Reported by ABC 7 in SmelLA.....

Other reports about him selling 'the knife'.....

I guess NV jails are pretty tame, figured he would have gotten a shank in the showers by now. :eek:

I'm guessing OJ can take care of himself and why would he get shanked, he's a murderer and these guys stick together.

On getting out, well he's probably done murdering gals. He'd be lucky if he could get a date in a whore house.

The Washington Post reports that Simpson was misrepresented by his attorney (Galanter) in several ways, before and during the robbery trial. It looks like his conviction might get thrown out, and he will be a free man until (if) he is convicted at a new trial.

He is 65 years old. He has been in prison for 3 years, serving a 9+ year term for robbery. Should be for stupidity, also.

It's not hard to bring a motion for a new trial but it's hard to get one granted. Simpson had pretty high powered talent working for him at the trial. It's always easy to second guess someone's work after the trial, but if the lawyer did even a basically competent job - not even the best under the circumstances, just competent - he won't get a new trial based on inadequate representation. If he does win his motion for a new trial they'll probably let him out on bail if he has a good record in prison.

Imagine what OJ has spent on lawyers over the years. SmileWavy

Yeh, so the lawyers get paid but victims family's Nicole Simpson, Ron Goldman hardly (edit: collected) anything awarded in civil court for the wrongful death.

Crazy courts.

A disgrace of the courts turned theatric for the rest of the world to see.

The whole court thing was such a debacle.

I'll never forget his reaction when her heard "not guilty". Like "wha" and then a smile. What an a$$.

I thought this thread was about Odd Job Uno when I clicked on it. Is that kind of sad that I see the initials "OJ" and my initial thought is that we are talking about a language torturer from sunny Arizona?

i'm a bonifide knife freak..but who the eff would want to buy that knife?

If "the" knife still exists I can't imagine it ever being for sale.
