Are you kidding? Jesse Jackson and every other dirt bag who hangs their careers on MLK's memory would down there holding a rally. And the media would be giving it huge coverage.

I don't know why, but when I first read the story I pictured two white kids in my mind as being the perps, so I was genuinely surprised to see the pictures of the actual murderers. I agree, if the races were reversed you'd see this story take off so fast it would make the Treyvon Martin case look like child's play. The FBI defines a hate crime as a "criminal offense against a person or property motivated in whole or in part by an offender's bias against a race, religion, disability, ethnic origin or sexual orientation", so hopefully they pursue it and prosecute it as such.

There's not a hole deep enough or dark enough for those two pieces of trash.

This is unspeakable, regardless of race. Personally, I dont think it has anything to do with it anyway. These were just two sub-human pieces of contaminated DNA with no concept of life or morality.

If they do not fry then I hope they go to prison where the other inmates make thier 4th point of contact look like a wizzards shirt sleve.

Weird thing is, a very similar case just occurred in Colorado this week: 17 yo kidnaped and murdered a 10 yo girl:

I didn't even catch the race thing. It doesn't matter except as you say, some would have turned it into a race issue for their own agendas.
