In 1972 Hasbro issued the Adventure Team Mobile Support Vehicle. This one is complete with box. I also have one vintage Joe remaining, do not know where the rest of them went...

Included is a wide assortment of guns, uniforms (navy, diving, army, jungle, cold weather), Big Jim Eagle, boots, hats, food kits, trench coat, hand grenades, ammo box, sand bags, sleeping bags, some hand made stuff, skis, etc. This is what remains of the Joes I played with as a kid, these were my toys.

Byron,

I remember having great fun with this stuff! Get a few guys together, play in my Dad's freshly dug vegetable garden (gave us mounds and places to hide the Joes behind). Boy would he be MAD when he got home. Could only do that about once a year

I used to have an original set, it was grey not blue. I have zero idea what happened to it but believe it went the way of my ex wife along with the other GI Joe stuff I am missing. She just started giving all my stuff away... Like I said, one day I lost 103 pounds of seriously worthless weight.

i had the gi joe jeep and trailer full size with recoiless rifle on it. it was great, until one day i pointed at my dad. he told me "if you shoot me, i will break it in two."

so i shot him with it and he BROKE IT IN TWO!"

i was very UPSET and it was a VERY TRAUMATIC DAY FOR ME and i still remember it!

this is a TRUE STORY!

big $$$$ in GI JOES now. if i could get my hands on his orange underwater scooter, i would jump on it.

When I was 4, I had a G.I Joe Mercury Space Craft -Grey-with the Silver Space suit.
I won this on a Television Show.
It has always stuck in my mind to recoup on again.
Thank You very much for the info. and interesting read.

I had the talking GI Joe. You pulled his dog tag and he would says different stuff depending on how far you pull it out. If you pull it all the way out he says, "G.I. Joe, reporting for duty".
