Watching the hurricane live
I have many east coast surf and beach cams but most seem to be going out of commission due to the storm. One set still working is from the Delaware Department of Transportation and they have the little state divided up for each of the 3 counties. The ones for Sussex county are closest to the ocean and show the rain and wind pretty well. Click on any of the "Live Traffic" links.
Delaware Department of Transportation - Live Traffic To watch the videos, select which county, New Castle, Kent or Sussex and the click the round icon for any of the cameras. If the video does not start click the help icon. I think the site uses Flash or something but I forget? Last edited by John Rogers; 10-28-2012 at 03:46 PM.. |

Thanks H&T. I'm on a Mac, not very puter savvy, and am watching from my living room now! Had a little question mark by the camera. Not sure it, or I know what to do.

Wow. The Rehobeth Beach camera is pretty good. I can't believe there are still people out walking on the boardwalk, though.
