Need shop space to do an engine swap in San Diego
I'm selling an engine I have to a guy in San Diego and agreed to deliver it and install it for him if we can find a place to do it. He lives in an apartment, so no go there.
Does anyone have or know of any space that could be rented for this purpose for one day? An actual auto shop would be nice but a carport or any flat slab of concrete will do. We would take steps to keep the cement clean and not leave a mess. TIA for any tips!

DIY Garage is in Escondido just down the street from my work and gets rave reviews on Yelp.

We actually found that place, might use them. Thanks. Still want to examine options if there are any others, my friend does not live near Escondido.
