Denver Area Dog Lovers Help

A close friend of my wife and I, is going through some very rough times and needs to
find a home for her dog a Great Dane. Patti lost her husband quite recently and will
soon need to relocate to much small diggs, please help if you can or know someone
who would be interested in this dog. I will paste an email from the owner, if you or
someone you know is interested please PM me or respond in this thread. Thanks...Good home needed for loving 2 yr old cookies and cream colored Great Dane.
She has kept her master company for the last 2 years on a daily basis but sadly he passed away 2 weeks ago. Cookie’s mistress must work 10 hours/day and is unable to keep Cookie. Financial and living constraints also play a part in this difficult decision.
Cookie was brought to them at the age of 4 months, and she warmed right up to the mistress but it took a little while for her to warm up to the master. Once she did, they knew she was home.
Cookie would be better in a home without small children and most likely without other dogs as she is a little skittish, but that could be determined if you are interested.
Please contact me via the forum with your contact information. I will then have Cookie’s mistress, Patti, call you. Unfortunately her current circumstances make it difficult for her to be the primary contact at this time.
