No posts from Milty lately; he seemed to be getting burned out, so I assume he's just taking one of his sabbaticals....?

I've always liked his point of view. Not necessarily mine, but he's never wishy-washy!

Just wondering about him the other day. I had a question about welding, and then thought that I had not seen any posts from him as of late.

I just left a message for him. I'm at a family wedding, so I asked him to text me or check in on the thread.

He is still posting on another board, as of today, so I am sure he is OK.

I wonder if he bought DrDogface's yellow hotrod 911.

Apparently supposedly the buyer lives in Long Beach... :D

No new purchases. No interest left for much anything Porsche. Will be keeping the Boxster, so I show up on the Boxster forum from time to time. Lost interest in PPOT as well.

Then there was the PM inviting me to leave. Turned out to be a good idea. I should never say anything though, because there is always the one or 2 ass holes that say don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

You're a good guy that actually adds to our board. In your shoes I wouldn't be going anywhere. Remember: some people take message boards incredibly seriously...no need to dignify those persons comments with a reply or action. You can't always be right or always have the flavor of the month opinion but that's life. I vote stay.

Milt, I sent a PM.

I think Milt may be going through some kind of restless period in his life. Remember he left the board some time back for a while & returned. He changed his board handle from Zeke to Milt & back to Zeke. I agree he brings substance to this forum, but sometimes it just feels like a time in life to move in some other direction. If that's what he's feeling, I hope he finds it.

Guy who bought my 911 does live in Long Beach but is not a Pelican after all. Strange that I don't miss that car at all. Guess I "grew out of" the P car thing. Still appreciate them but don't want one any more.

I like the richness he adds as well. Interesting guy, although sometimes the posts come off a bit tortured (I'm sure mine do too, so maybe that doesn't matter so much).

I hope he changes his mind and decides to hang around here again.

Zeke/Milt - for my money, you're one of the good guys on this board. I hope you come back when you're ready. In the meantime, a whole lotta guys & the ladies are going to miss you.
