Because of you, my life is good. It could easily have been so different. This is a great place with some wonderful and wise people in it. I hope it never changes. Thanks and love to all.

It is great to have you around. Sometimes it feels like us old crotchety music-playing farts are a dieing breed. Couldn't have you thinning out the herd too soon.

well he said not to smoke cigarettes ever again ...check ( he said the occasional cigar is OK. On a side note I am saving $375.00 a month, and bought 3 new basses this year with the savings)

Watch my diet....check ( but within reason I'm no saint and I like bacon cheeseburgers)

Take my meds.. check (Zocor and a 325 mg aspirin every day. yes but the aspirin makes me bruise real easy even wrestling with the dog with makes me B&B)

Exercise ...check I walk jack every night for 2 miles or so. ( I have to. I've gain 22 pounds since quitting smoking. I'm not happy with that)

I go for my annual check up next week, My 6 mo. check up was great. 100%.


Not in a wheelchair crapping in a diaper in a nursing home ....BIG CHECK.
