anyone playing with Tilt/Shift photography?

i need a photoshop recommendation. figured the software will fit in the enormous stocking i chose for myself this year..

i have been hoping to play with tilt/shift. i used a free app on my iphone and did this. with real software..i bet i can do cool stuff. i would take specific pics to mess with.

fun. it's supposed to make image look like miniatures. not so sure i succeeded with an iphone.

There is an add-on filter called "Bokeh 2" that lets you do this in Photoshop.

I was thinking tilt/shift lenses which fix perspective like when you take a picture of a tall building while standing at the foot of the building.

Yup, me too. The Photoshop filter attempts to duplicate an optical affect that was pioneered with really big cameras. I have a Crown Graphic 4x5 that I do tilt-shift work with from time to time. It's kind of fun, really.
