Security software to lock iPad for public use?

Long story short...

We have a few iPad's here at work that are exposed for public use...

Is there some sort of software interface we can load that will secure the iPad so the public can play with designated software but not get into the settings?

Sounds like you want a Kiosk mode.

If you are only demoing one app and need to disable Home key look here.
