wish to buy 'dune-buggy'cart for Son .Costs so much!
Hello.
I'm asking if you know of a good quality -perhaps- non Chinese dune buggy that has a decent price and the quality is alright. Been looking at used goods. These machines seem to hold their value better than a Ferrari F-40. In years gone by, I owned a used 1980 Honda Odyssey. Then I moved up to an 82 or 83 as it were brand-new Odyssey. Don't remember the year. The second machine cost me around ,$1350.00 back then. I cannot believe how much -they- are asking for these -type- of machines nowadays! Man! Gold plated frame under the paint. That's the reason and surprise I am sure. The most disappointing fact is, is that they don't make the Odyssey anymore! The trend is to double up and 2 seats. Anyway. I sure as heck love to get my Son a buggy/cart. for CHRISTmas. It's just so expensive. Do you or anyone know of a value for money 'buggy' out there that a great Son ought to have for a gift? I sure as heck would be Thankful.

What do you consider expensive?
Chinese buggies are ~$3k for a shaft driven IRS 250cc. The Honda can be found used for ~$1k.
