Each wad of lights is on its own channel controller. If they are LED - he could put a lot more without getting amps too high. Extending the lights with soldered zip cord to the controlled switch is better than an extension cord. That being said - his contraption of stacked nuts had me grossed out. Seizure inducing display for sure.

Ha....people like this think they are the envy of the neighborhood. Their neighbors HATE them! The entire neighborhood now becomes a drive through extravaganza for the next 3 weeks minimum.

Fight fire with fire, A jacka$$ neighbor in a friends hood was creating a daily traffic jam on their quiet residential street. A group of neighbors tried to ask for them to limit their shows was met with a dismissal. They put their heads together and rented some high power lights that they focused on the offending house from across the street and with their sun like power washed out the tacky Christmas light display and people stopped driving by cause they did not want to blinded. Ha ha.

We always call the sheriff when our distant, rural neighbors put up such obnoxious crap.

When the deputies arrive - if the neighbors dog is not to be found - they just empty their 9mm's into the inflatable Santa and reindeer display.

I find it ironic that the people who go so insane with these displays always live in the least Christmas-y places, like Florida.

I guess Florida is a case all of its own, anyway.
