i have gone in and deleted everything and even emptied the folder but it keeps saying i am 98% full. help!

You need to empty your sent items folder as well.

Reboot won't help, unless you can reboot Wayne's server. :D It's web based, the info is stored on Wayne's server.

it was the sent folder. i kept seeing this:

Inbox contains 0 messages.
You have 295 messages stored, of a total 300 allowed. (Empty Folder)

and i would empty it, but all it said was i have 295 messages stored.

No problem.

As you have discovered, there are two files for PM's. One for the inbox, one for sent. The sent PM file grows based on any new PM sent to you, plus any reply to a PM that was received.
