Goal for 2013: hit 10K posts!
Wow. Pathetic. Been here since 2001 and have the post count of a newbie. I am here every day and read all the time, but don't post.
Gotta make a change for 2013. Don't know if I can keep up with Vash, but if I can start 10 random threads a day, and post on another 10, I should be good. Ooooo. Maybe I'll go stir stuff up in PARF! Or even something helpful on the tech boards. That's all. |
You mean you actually have a life outside of Pelican? For shame!

Just 20 post a day will do it.
Easy peasy. :) Just be a post whore. Post something in every thread. |
Dude you seriously need to reevaluate your goals.
Think of post counts like a golf score. |
Just post-whore it in the Stijn thread. ;)

And my golf score is about as high as my post count. Damn par 5's :-) |
I need a goal.

No time better than the present to start.

It is better to be thought a fool than to open one's mouth (or post) and prove it.

Just do like Tabs does.
|
Form your ideas in your head.
|
Then split it up into 4 posts.
|
works like a charm.

I think is was Mul (dos) that racked up about 6-7K posts in a six month period before his last exit...post that "crying baby" picture about 25 times per day...worked for him ...just do it in PARF :)

I'm in the same boat as the OP. After spending a while battling it out in the political forums, I now lurk around here and read daily, but seldom post. I have a strong "self-censorship" instinct. |
I behind too.....I going to just post a bunch of crap in this thread to catch up!
|
I only post if it it short and meaningful. Please read this. Also extra long posts(PhD thesis type) I skip completely. :p
|
Kinda like that catchy "SMOKEY AND THE BANDIT" song......"I've got a long ways to go, and a short time to get there".
