The Guy did not know what he was talking about.

The Cops gave a curiosity to to the child for not beating and tasing Dad in front of him. Especially in Idaho.

In some parts of Idaho that would have been a very short video.

Looks like the video is gone, but there was something similar from Warren County Ohio a couple of years back. The guy had a bunch of horses, dogs, and goats he was starving. At the time the authorities violated his fourth amendment rights and entered his property, some of the horses were so emaciated they couldn't be saved. All he was worried about was his fourth amendment rights.
With rights come responsibilities - it's not a one way street. This video gave no hint as to why anyone thought there was a reason to be on his property.
