The guy that taught my Statics and Dynamics classes in college told us that he'd gotten out of a ticket that was a result of an accident that he was in. I believe it also made the accident not his fault.

I think in parts of Tejas if you were to try this the Judge would say "Boy, yo bess spend mo time drive'n right and less time syphr'n, baylift lock dis here boy up for nut'n more den be'n annoy'n!"
