Red Headed Stranger

One of Willie's albums from the '70s. Is it one of the best albums ever? I'm not
particularly a CW fan but I do like this album. It has a seamless flow that makes it different and likeable. If you haven't heard it, maybe give it a try. Also on another note some of Rod Stewart's early stuff (before he get too commercial) like "Gasoline Alley" "Every picture tells a story" and "Never a dull moment" are pretty great. These four albums instantly take me back to my youth.
Just sayin'. I know everyone's different, what music does it for you guys?

Didn't realize there already was a RStewart thread on the go, sorry.

Thats a really good album; you can use it to demonstrate that Willie Nelson trademark where his guitar playing is always trying to catch up to the singing, especially on "Bonapartes Retreat"

Speaking of Rod Stewart and his recordings of "standards", Willie did it decades before Rod, and did them ten times better.
